Simple and transparent — fixed price based on the number of bedrooms. No hidden fees. The quote covers styling, furniture rental, delivery, installation, and pickup. Final price is confirmed after a stylist visit.
After the job is done — anytime within 60 days of installation. No deposit, no upfront payment. You list, show, and sell first. Then you pay.
Every package includes 12 weeks of furniture rental — enough time to list, run open homes, and close the deal. If you need more time, extensions are available on a monthly basis.
Extensions are charged monthly. The rate depends on your package size — we'll confirm it in your quote. Just let us know before your rental period ends and we'll sort it out.
If the furniture isn't ready for pickup within 2 business days after the rental period ends, the contract is automatically extended for one month at the standard extension rate. To avoid this, just give us a heads up and we'll schedule pickup in advance.
Yes — we offer same-day and next-day installs for urgent listings. A rush fee applies for urgent installation or removal. Contact us directly and we'll do our best to make it happen fast.
