Selling your home? Stage it the way agents do.
Goldpac Home Staging furnishes and styles Sydney homes for sale in one day, at fixed published prices. Most of our work comes through real estate agents — and homeowners can book us directly.
Book directly, or through your agent
If you're selling, you can book Goldpac yourself at our published prices, or ask your agent to book. Either way we agree the install date with your agent, because staging has to be finished before the photo shoot and the first open home.
What it costs
- 1 bedroom apartment: $2,300
- 2 bedroom apartment: $2,800
- 3 bedroom home: $3,500
- 4 bedroom home: $4,500
- 5 bedroom home: $5,500
- Prestige and architectural homes: quoted individually
All prices are +GST. A study ($400), a second living area ($700) or a large alfresco (from $700) are fixed add-ons. The price covers the stylist consultation, furniture and accessories, delivery, a one-day install, 12 weeks of furniture hire and collection. It is confirmed in writing before you book and does not change after. See the full price list.
How it works
- Send the address and bedroom count, or a few photos of the rooms.
- You get a fixed quote within 2 hours.
- We agree the install date with you and your agent, before the photo shoot and the first open home.
- One day on site. The furniture stays for every inspection.
- When the campaign ends, we collect. If the home sells early, give us 7 days' notice.
Still living in the home?
Partial staging works around your furniture. We keep your best pieces, take attention off the rest and add what the rooms need — usually the living area, dining and main bedroom. It is priced from photos, so you do not need a site visit to get a number.
Is staging worth it for your sale?
Staging is judged by how quickly and how well the home sells. We publish our results with the suburb's median days on market next to them: a North Parramatta two-bedroom that had been through multiple price drops sold in 19 days against a 61-day unit median (CoreLogic). It is not worth it for every sale — land-value sales, off-market deals with a buyer already lined up, and homes that need repairs first are the usual exceptions. Read Is Home Staging Worth It? Questions homeowners ask
Do I need my agent's approval to book staging?
No, but tell your agent first. The install has to land before the photo shoot and the first open, so we coordinate the date with them before we book it.
What do I need to do before install day?
Have the home clean, clear the rooms we are staging and organise access for the install window. Cleaning, rubbish removal, repairs and painting are not part of staging, so book those before us.
How long does the furniture stay?
12 weeks from installation is included. After that, extensions are 10% of the project fee per week.
Are you insured?
Yes. Goldpac PTY LTD holds $20 million public liability insurance with NRMA Insurance.
