We offer fixed-price packages based on the property size. No hidden fees — the styling, 8-week furniture rental, delivery, installation, and pickup are all included.

You pay only after the work is done — anytime within 45 days after installation. We don’t ask for deposits. You sell first, then pay. That’s how we do business.

Every package includes 6 weeks of furniture rental + 2 weeks free — 8 weeks total. After that, extensions are available on a monthly basis only.

If you need to keep the furniture longer, the extension fee is 50% of your original contract price for each additional month. Weekly extensions are not available.

If the furniture isn’t ready for pickup within 2 business days after the rental period ends, the contract is automatically extended for a full month at the standard extension rate.

Yes, we offer 24-hour turnarounds for urgent cases. A 100% rush fee applies for urgent installation or removal — as outlined in our agreement.
