Westmead’s resort-style living — now with a touch of quiet elegance.
When we first walked into this 2-bedroom apartment, we knew the space already had strong selling points: timber floors, a generous balcony, and access to a pool, spa, tennis court, and gym. But it also felt… expected. The kind of “nice, but I’ve seen this before” unit buyers often walk through without much emotional connection.
Our challenge:
Make it memorable without overpowering it — and lift the perceived value above similar apartments in the complex.
We chose a warm, natural palette with light, sun-washed timbers and earthy neutrals, pairing them with crisp white and matte black accents for contrast. In the living area, we introduced streamlined sofas and a textured rug to anchor the space, layered with soft cushions in muted terracotta and sand tones. The styling invited buyers to sit, slow down, and imagine life here — not just walk through.
In the dining zone, we kept it clean and Scandinavian-inspired: a slim timber table, charcoal upholstered chairs, and a single sculptural vase. This gave the open-plan layout breathing room, so the eye travels easily toward the balcony’s green outlook.
Bedrooms were treated as personal retreats — one with deep charcoal layers for a sharper, boutique feel; the other in tonal beige and cream for calm, hotel-like warmth. On the balcony, two woven chairs and a minimalist coffee table framed the view, making the outdoor space an extension of the living room.
By the time the first inspections rolled in, the difference was clear: the apartment didn’t just tick boxes — it told a story. Buyers could feel that extra care, and it showed in the interest.
💬 “We’ve had buyers say it felt like a more expensive apartment — and that’s exactly the reaction we wanted.” – Agent
