A magnificent 2017 build, sure — but the interiors felt a little too “display home” sterile. The kind that photographs fine but doesn’t make you linger. Our job? Inject life, warmth, and a lived-in sense of belonging, without losing the architectural polish.
We layered the main living zones with coastal neutrals, tactile linens, and curated accents that echoed the surrounding sand and sea. The dining space — previously all hard edges — gained an organic timber table and soft upholstered chairs, creating an anchor for family gatherings.
In the master suite, we leaned into the parkland backdrop, styling with moss greens and soft stone hues. The ground-floor bedroom — often overlooked — became a self-contained guest retreat with a serene, holiday feel.
Outdoors, we didn’t over-style. A pair of weatherproof loungers, potted greenery, and a subtle hint of nautical blue was enough to frame the water views and let buyers imagine their summer here.
