Neutral Bay | 2 Bedrooms — Transformed into a luminous haven, sold swiftly
Let’s be honest — this Rozelle penthouse already had bragging rights: panoramic harbour glimpses, wraparound terrace, floor-to-ceiling windows… it wasn’t exactly shy. But what it had in views, it lacked in vibe.
Before styling, it felt cold — like a hotel you’d visit but not remember. The bones were brilliant, but the atmosphere? A little beige. That’s where we came in.
We softened the glare of all that glass with layered textures, warm-toned timbers, and cushions that whispered “wine here at sunset.” The dining zone got a visual anchor — a sleek timber table that echoed the balcony decking — and the living room was zoned with plush rugs and sculptural lighting to hold its own against the view (without competing with it).
In the bedrooms, we dialled up the retreat factor. Think woven throws, curved bedside tables, neutral-on-neutral tones. Calm. Expansive. No visual noise.
The key? Let the view shine without making the space feel empty. We brought warmth, softness, and just the right amount of “I want to live here now.”
Sold shortly after styling. (Surprise? Not really.)
Situated in Rozelle, one of the Inner West’s most sought-after suburbs, this penthouse is minutes from Darling Street cafés, The Bay Run, and Victoria Road transport. Water views meet village charm — a classic Rozelle combination.
